To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eejili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eejili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eejili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, eejili may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.
You may close your eejili account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests.
