• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements.
• Gaming history: Retained for five (5) years to support dispute resolution and regulatory audits.
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, whichever is earlier.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, eejili will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you.

If eejili discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law.
